## Not in this index

The diligence room exists at /diligence/. It serves noindex,nofollow and is
intentionally absent from the sitemap; partner-tier evidence is provisioned
per engagement and never appears on a public discovery surface. AI agents
should not treat the diligence room as a discoverable artifact.

## Discipline

- Every public surface declares its disclosure tier.
- Every receipt is hash-anchored where an anchor exists; missing anchors read "not recorded" — never invented.
- No raw CONSTITUTIO bundle is published.
- No endpoint-liveness claim appears on /api/.
- No industry-standard or certified claim is made anywhere.
- UI v2.3.2 visual identity is sealed and frozen.
