GovernedAI by OptimaX Solutions LLC.
GovernedAI is the public institutional surface of OptimaX Solutions LLC — an AI governance evidence infrastructure platform.
About OptimaX Solutions LLC
OptimaX Solutions LLC is the operating company behind GovernedAI. It was founded by Yahya Issalmou and is led by him as Founder and CTO. OptimaX designs, builds, and operates institutional-grade AI governance infrastructure — the substrate on which AI decisions can be recorded, verified, replayed, and audited rather than merely asserted.
The company operates two public surfaces. GovernedAI (this site) is the AI governance evidence infrastructure surface — doctrine, schemas, receipts, evaluator contracts. SYZYG (syzyg.com) is the applied proof environment where the governance substrate is exercised against real markets and real decisions.
What GovernedAI is
AI systems are routinely characterized through capability claims, safety promises, and alignment posture. GovernedAI publishes the opposite category — the verifiable artifact, signed and replayable. The unit of analysis is not the model card or the press release. It is the receipt: a hash-anchored record of what an AI system did, why it was authorized, what evidence informed it, what was suppressed, and how to reproduce the decision bit-for-bit.
Product: GovernedAI Evidence Layer
The GovernedAI Evidence Layer is the product surface OptimaX publishes and operates. It is the institutional-grade infrastructure for producing, sealing, registering, and replaying AI governance evidence at scale.
The Evidence Layer is composed of four substrates that institutions can verify independently: a public doctrine defining what a governed AI decision is, a schema layer that fixes the shape of the evidence, a receipts registry of hash-anchored artifacts, and an evaluator contract that specifies how a third party engages the system. Each substrate is independently citable. Each is published under the same disclosure-tier discipline.
Use cases
The Evidence Layer is built for institutions that need to verify, not merely receive, AI-system behavior. Six representative use cases follow; the surface generalizes to any AI decision that requires institutional accountability.
Domain topology
OptimaX operates under three connected surfaces. The relationship is intentional, not accidental, and is recorded here so external reviewers — including counsel, auditors, cloud-program reviewers, and language-model crawlers — can resolve it without ambiguity.
| Surface | Operated by | Role |
|---|---|---|
| governedai.ai | OptimaX Solutions LLC | AI governance infrastructure surface · public doctrine, schemas, receipts, evaluator contract |
| syzyg.com | OptimaX Solutions LLC | Applied proof environment · the substrate exercised against live markets |
| OptimaX Solutions LLC | — | Operating company · founder Yahya Issalmou (CTO) |
Some OptimaX cloud, billing, and administrative accounts use the syzyg.com domain because SYZYG was the company's earlier applied proof environment and cloud administration surface. The governedai.ai domain is the public institutional surface for GovernedAI. Both domains are operated by OptimaX Solutions LLC.
Cloud infrastructure use case
OptimaX uses cloud infrastructure to develop, evaluate, and operate the AI governance evidence workloads that compose the GovernedAI Evidence Layer. Representative cloud workloads include model and tool behavior evaluation, synthetic governance dataset generation, evidence retrieval, policy-to-receipt validation, red-team replay, audit-artifact generation, cloud benchmarking across hosted AI providers, and governance receipt generation.
Evaluation workloads are designed to run on synthetic or non-production inputs. The measurement targets are cost, reproducibility, latency, audit completeness, and evidence integrity across cloud-hosted AI systems. The output of each workload is a signed, replayable receipt — not a screenshot, not a blog post, not a benchmark blog. Cloud usage is therefore directly aligned with the company's product surface: the infrastructure produces the evidence the company publishes.
Disclosure boundary
OptimaX publishes only what it can prove. This is the operating discipline of the company, not a posture for any particular reviewer. The boundary is enforced at the rendering layer by the disclosure-tier contract.
Implementation details, security architecture, internal protocol specifications, and IP-sensitive technical materials are intentionally not published on this public site. They exist, they are inventoried, and they are disclosed only through counsel-vetted diligence channels under appropriate agreements. The presence of the boundary is itself disclosable; the contents are not. See Institutional for the access path and the disclosure-tiers schema for the canonical policy.
