GovernedAI
The institutional surface for governed AI · sealed receipts only.
Public Ledger

Institutional

GovernedAI publishes only what it can prove. The split below is the rule, not a posture.

Two categories of evidence exist. The first is publishable: every artifact a regulator, an auditor, a counsel team, or a model-risk reviewer can verify without an NDA. The second is partner-scoped: the architecture summaries, implementation detail, and operational evidence that require a counsel-vetted relationship before disclosure. The boundary is not aspirational. It is enforced at the rendering layer by the disclosure-tier contract.

What institutions can verify today

Five surfaces. All Tier 0. All published, all hash-anchored where applicable, all built with the same receipt-as-design-primitive doctrine governing the rest of this site.

Definition of a governed AI decision
The category-definition document and the five pillars. The intellectual claim of the publication, stated plainly.

How tier discipline is enforced
The five tiers, the rendering contract, the rules that decide what each audience may render.

What requires NDA

The following are not public surfaces. They are not pitch material. They exist; they are inventoried; they are disclosed under counsel-vetted partner agreements only. The boundary is the discipline, not an absence of substance.

Tier 1+ surface What is governed Access path
Architecture summary Tier 1 narrative depth on the five pillars beyond what the public pages disclose NDA-gated
Implementation detail Tier 2+ architectural specifics reserved for reviewed counterparties NDA-gated · counsel review
Diligence room Partner-scoped evidence packets, replay artifacts, audit-trail exports NDA + scoped partner relationship
Partner-specific evidence Receipts and audit artifacts produced for a specific counterparty engagement NDA + scoped partner relationship

The fact that the surfaces above exist is itself disclosable. Their contents are not. Naming them on this page is the boundary working as intended: institutions know what to ask for; the asking is what triggers the relationship that gates the answer.

Standards pipeline

CONSTITUTIO v0.2 · under internal audit

CONSTITUTIO v0.2 is under internal audit. Public doctrine publication pending RDL-014 seal. No raw bundles are published; no industry-standard claim is made. When published, it will arrive as a draft standard candidate with a receipt.

Request access

Institutional access requests

Counsel-vetted partner relationships gate every Tier 1+ surface. The access request page documents the schema and the routing. No mailing list, no marketing capture; the schema is the form.
